Returns and exchanges are easy! We understand that our product might not fit perfectly on every body. If you are unhappy with the size, fit or quality of your garment, you are welcome to a refund or exchange. All full price and reduced merchandise that is unworn and in its original condition can be returned to Keto for a full refund within 14 days of delivery.
We will accept returns of dancewear, under these conditions, as long as they are unworn. All dancewear must be tried on wearing full briefs. All dance wear will be assessed by Keto prior to any returns being processed.
Returns will be accepted on any faulty or wrongly described merchandise returned to Keto within a reasonable timeframe. Any worn, dirty or marked garments will not be accepted.
Simply download and complete the returns/exchange form and send it back to us with the item(s) you wish to return within 14 days of delivery. For a refund, you, as the customer, must cover all costs associated with returning you garment to Keto. If you wish to exchange, you, as the customer, must cover all costs associated with returning you garment to Keto but Keto will cover the costs associated with sending you the new garment(s) you have chosen. This is a once off exchange, if you wish to exchange a second, third or fourth time, you (the customer) must cover all costs associated with sending and receiving new garments.
If you would like to exchange an item, please inform us of the style, size and colour that you would prefer. The item from the original order will first be returned and a new order containing the exchanged item will be processed. Any discounts received will be carried over in an exchange.
If you are returning or exchanging a faulty, damaged or incorrect described item Keto will cover all packaging and postage costs.

Please ensure your return parcel is securely packaged and both sender’s address and Keto online return address are clearly displayed on the outside of the parcel. To avoid delivery problems, we encourage sending your return back by registered post.
Unfortunately we are unable to cancel or make any changes to an order (including delivery address, change to colours and sizes, or removing items) after a order is placed. Please ensure all details provided are full and correct at the time of order placement.
