Your Perfect Fit
Throughout our Research & Development journey with dancers across the globe, we quickly realised that traditional S, M, L sizing simply doesn’t work for every body. That’s why we developed a tailored sizing system - combining waistband and cup volume options - for the best possible fit and support.
Step 1 — Find Your Band Size (Pant / High Hip Measurement)
Where to Measure
Measure around your pant/high hip — the point where your hip bones stick out and where the band of pants or underwear usually sits. This is the key measurement for getting the band right.
A Good Band Fit Should:
- Feel firm enough to stay put while dancing.
- Not dig in or leave deep marks.
- Stay in place without rolling, sagging, or riding up.

Step 2 — Choose Your Cup Volume
Getting the right cup size ensures ultimate comfort. The cup edges should follow your inner leg crease without digging in or gaping away. Our sizing lets you choose your waistband and cup separately for a better fit. To make it simple:
- B Cup (Small) – A closer, minimal fit. Comparable to a “X-Small/Small” fit in most brands.
- C Cup (Medium) – Balanced support and shape. Comparable to a “Medium” fit in most brands.
- D Cup (Large) – Extra room in front. Comparable to a “Large/X-Large” fit in most brands.
Not sure which to choose? If your current Dance Support fits at the waist but feels tight or compressive in front, keep the same waist size and go up a cup. If it fits at the waist but feels loose or not supportive enough, go down a cup.
Step 3: Find Your Size Combination
Your final size combines your waist measurement (Step 1) and your cup volume (Step 2). I.e. 32 + C (Medium) = “32C”
Or simply, start with a size comparable to your previous dance belt. Example; if you currently wear a Small, choose a 30B.
