Processing Times

Our dispatch team operates Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Express orders placed before 12:00 PM AEST are shipped the same day.
During peak holiday periods, please allow an additional 1-2 days for processing.

All Australian orders are shipped via Australia Post Express with tracking.

All international orders are shipped from Melbourne, Australia.
United States: an import tariff is calculated and collected at checkout as a separate line item. No additional US tariff should be charged on arrival.
Canada: local duties, taxes and/or import fees are not included and may be collected by your local customs authority on arrival.
Deliveries require a signature upon arrival; we do not offer "Authority to Leave."

All items purchased from our website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. As we have no control over the services offered by the carrier, the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
Duties & Taxes: International delivery costs do not include any taxes or duties that may be applied by customs at the destination country. Any duties or taxes incurred are the responsibility of the delivery recipient.
Tracking & Signature Requirement: All express orders require a signature upon arrival. Standard shipments may vary based on country-specific regulations.
