We are currently offering FREE SHIPPING (standard) on ALL ORDERS world wide to help lessen the economic impact of Covid-19.
We are still operating under safe, hygienic conditions and shipping orders out regularly. New orders are dispatched every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from our Melbourne studio. Shipping times may vary due to the current global crisis but we will still be here to assist your enquiries and concerns.
Once your order is received we will dispatch within 72 hours. Due to COVID19, Australia Post is experiencing delays, and these delays are out of our control. Below is a guideline of the delays expected at this time. Please visit the Australia Post website for up to date information on delivery times during the pandemic.
All items purchased from our website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. As we have no control over the services offered by the carrier, the risk of loss, and title for such items, pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Standard postage delivery times vary depending on your location but should take 1-5 business days. Check Aus Post for an estimate on how long your parcel will take to be delivered (Keto orders are being sent from: 3144 Malvern). When the item is posted, you will be supplied with a tracking ID in order to allow you to track the progress of your parcel.

An expected delivery time of 5-10 business days but can take up to 15 business days and can be tracked with a supplied tracking number.Orders under $1000 are not subject to duties or taxes upon entry to the United States. Please note that in accordance with Australian export regulations we are required to declare the exact value of all items and identify the order as dutiable “merchandise”. We are also prohibited by law from identifying an order as a “gift” for export purposes, even if a customer has placed the order with the intention of delivery to a gift recipient.

Orders sent to the following counties have an expected delivery time of 5-10 business days but can take up to 15 business days and can be tracked with a supplied tracking number;
Belgium, Canada, China, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Hungary, Ireland, Israel, Korea, Republic of (South Korea), Lithuania, Malaysia, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, UK & USA.
Any countries not on the above list have varying delivery times and can take up to 6 weeks to be delivered depending on your countries customs and postal service. Countries not included in the above list are sent with Registered Post and require a signature on delivery. These orders are not able to be tracked along their journey.
